Biotinylated Recombinant Human TROP-2/TACSTD2 Protein, His-Avi Tag
Trop-2,also known as epithelial glycoprotein-1 antigen (EGP-1),is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TACSTD2 gene.Mutations of this gene result in gelatinous drop-like corneal dystrophy, an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by severe corneal amyloidosis leading to blindness.

Recombinant Biotinylated Human TROP-2/TACSTD2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 cells with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains His27-Thr274.
The protein has a predicted MW of 30.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 46-55 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
ELISA Data:Immobilized Anti-TROP-2 Antibody, hFc Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human TROP-2, His Tag with the EC50 of 24.1 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
< 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended (usually we use 1mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
復溶后，-20 至 -80°C，在未開封狀態下保存 3-6 個月。復溶后，2-8°C 保存 2-7 天。
